• Users may voluntarily upload photos or videos that contain human faces. These images are used solely as input content for AI-based media generation at the user’s request.

  • Use facial data for tracking or profiling
• Uploaded media is transmitted to third-party AI processing providers exclusively to generate the requested output. No facial data is used for identification, advertising, or user profiling.
• Media containing faces is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the requested service and is not stored as biometric data.

Depending on the mode you choose (Text to Video, Image to Video, Effects/Templates, Start & End Frame, Motion Control), we may send:

• Your uploaded image(s) or selected frames
• Your uploaded video or motion reference video
• Technical parameters needed to run the generation (e.g., duration, resolution, template settings)

6.2 Which AI providers we may use

For AI generation we may use one or more providers, such as:

• Kling AI (Kuaishou Technology)

6.3 Provider handling

AI providers process the submitted content to return generated outputs to Qontrast AI. Their processing may occur on servers located in different countries. We require providers to process data for the requested service and to apply appropriate security measures.

6.4 Third-Party Storage of Face Data

As described above, to provide the service, your uploaded media (which may contain faces) is transmitted to our third-party AI processing providers, such as Kling AI.

• Do these third parties store face data?
  These providers may temporarily store the media submitted for processing to generate your requested video output and to improve the reliability and performance of their services, as detailed in their own privacy policies.
• Why they store face data & their privacy practices:
  They store the data primarily to fulfill the generation request (i.e., to create your video). They may also retain data for a limited period for security, abuse prevention, and model fine-tuning purposes, but not for identifying individuals. We require these providers to implement appropriate security measures.
